Next Monday the 24th kicks off Sew Grateful Week organized by Debi of My Happy Sewing Place. And guess what? The first day is Giveaway Day! So, I know I'm a week early but these aprons have been so well received on my Facebook page that I decided to start my giveaway today. Now you will have two full weeks to enter instead of one. Sound good? I thought so. ;)
One lucky reader will receive one of my "Picnic with My Valentine" Aprons! I made two of these aprons last week using fabric and vintage buttons from my stash. You will hear more about these aprons later but I know what you care about now are the giveaway details! So here we go!

"Picnic with My Valentine" Apron # 2. It looks a little pink here but I promise you it's red! |
In order to win one of these aprons leave a comment here on my blog. Tell me one of the following - what you enjoy most about my blog, what your favorite sewing materials are, or how you plan to use the apron. Giveaway is open to everyone and ends March 1st. The winner will be announced on Monday the 3rd.

They are both amazing! I love the gingham and cute details! I wear aprons all the time, so this would be put to good use!
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome and very generous giveaway, dear gal. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteIf I was sporting this apron, it would likely be for serving in, not cooking, as I wouldn't want to up the likelihood of it getting stained (I know, that sort of defeats the purpose of an apron, but it's so gorgeous that I'd want it to remain in good shape for as long as possible), so it would become my new hostess apron and make an appearance at all manner of holidays, family get-togethers and fancier meals shared between my husband and I.

The apron is really cute and deserves to be worn and seen. I wouldn't use it to cook with as I would be afraid that I might spill something that will stain, but I think I may use it when I bake. Love looking at vintage fashion and your blog is a great place to get ideas.

ReplyDeleteI love gingham and your aprons are adorable! I have 3 daughters and we keep saying we are going to hang 4 pegs in the kitchen and have cute aprons. I really need to get going on that! Happy Sew Grateful week! Looks like you have done a lot of vintage sewing and I am going to enjoy going through some of your "back issues" ... :D ~Laurie from Sew Exhausted
ReplyDeleteOoh, I would wear one of those to bake something for my sweetheart for our upcoming anniversary!
